Employees Work Attendance System

Regular attendance and punctuality are vital attributes for all employees. It is important for employees to attend work regularly and to arrive at work on time, because failure to do so detrimentally affects employee morale and productivity.

Activate System through the Checkbox next to section title and Save Changes.

Create Employee Role: This option creates the Employee user role.
Enable Salary Advances: Activate option for users with employee role.
Enable Loans: Activate option for users with employee role.
Enable Expenses: Activate option for users with employee role.
Enable Work Check-Out: Activates the work check out option for employees.
Allow Users to Check-Out from Anywhere: Users with employee role are permitted to perform the check out from another IP address than the initial defined.
Shift Check-Out Limit (hours): Define the shift length in hours.
Enable Work Attendance for other Roles: Set up the work attendance for other user roles.
Stats Visibility: Define which user roles are allowed to view the stats for work attendance.
Allowed IP Addresses: Input the allowed IP addresses from which the work attendance can be performed.
Data Reset: Enable the option to delete stored work attendance data by the following time intervals: one month, six months, one year.

Reset Section Settings using the checkbox and Save Changes button in order to remove database entries.
